  • What is the process once I book a Homa or Pooja online?
    • We will call you within 24 hours and give you all instructions.
  • Can I personally attend my puja when performed on your premises?
    • Yes, you can attend your puja in person. If you can’t attend, your family members or friends can. You may even opt for Live streaming of puja being performed at our yaga shala.
  • Are the Homa/ Pooja only dedicated to one client and it is not a combined Homa for a number of clients at the same time if they all have ordered the same Homa?
    • We perform only individual Homas and Poojas for only dedicated to one client it is not a combined Homa for a number of clients

  • How will I know what are the Items I need to keep ready for The Pooja?
    • You can View, Print or download buy list in our website from the booking page. After booking the Homa or Pooja we will send a list through email which will clearly mention all the required items like Bricks, sand, Lamps (Deepam), Mats, trays etc, you need to keep ready.
  • How long does the Homa/Pooja/Japa/Parayana will take to complete?
    • Normalcy one a Homa will take 2 to 4 hours based on offering count (avarti) and also depends on the package which you select.
    • Poojas , vratas, and parayanas, will take 1 to 3 Japa count (avarti) and also depends on the package which you select.
  • What are the Prasadas we receive after the Puja
    • Fruits, flowers, homa raksha, Kumkum, Vibhooti, Kalasha Teertham, and all Naivedya items based on Pooja.
    • If you are abroad we send prasadam through parcel but you will receive Homa raksha, Kumkum, and Vibhooti only.
  • When will I Get the Prasadm for My Homa or Pooja booked at your Yagashala Center if I’m abroad?
  • You will receive the Prasad for your pooja within one week working days after the Pooja has been performed (Subject to the country and the customs department of that particular country).
  • Do I need to pay any extra dakshina to your Priests?
    • You don’t need to pay any extra amount to our Priests (Mentioned price includes Priests dakshina also). If you wish to pay extra money you can.
  • Do I need to pay extra amount for the traveling elevance?
    • You don’t need to pay extra for the traveling when the Pooja place is in the service area (city) limit. But the Pooja place is very far and out of our service area limit, then you need to pay the extra charge.
  • Can I change / pre-pone / postpone my booking?
    • You can pre-pone / postpone all homas and poojas before three days only.
  • Can I cancel a Homa /Pooja after booking? What is the refund policy applicable in such a case?
    • If you cancel a homa/Pooja before three days we will pay you 95% of total amount, we keep 5% as a service charge.
    • Two days before we will pay you 90% only
    • One day before we will pay you 80% only

  • If I Pay partial amount as advance to confirm the Homas/Poojas/ And when can I Pay The Balance As Cash Or Pay Online After The Homam?
    • Yes, you can pay the partial amount as token advance to confirm your booking. You can pay the balance amount after the homa or pooja by cash directly to our Main Priest or through Online transfer (Click on “Pay-Balance” button in your My- Account section corresponding to your order number).
  • In online live Homa/Pooja (Homa conducted at Homas Yagashala) If I Pay partial amount as advance when can I pa balance?
    • You should pay balance amount before online live Homa.
  • Are my payments details secure?
    • Yes, your payment details are 100% secure. We use highly secure SSL enabled payment gateway with 256 bit encryption to safeguard your payment information.
