Adithya Hridaya Stotra found in the yudha kana of valmeeki ramayana. Agastya Rishi gave upadesha to Shri Rama on the battlefield before fighting with the Ravana. Mr. Agastya muni teaches Rama the procedure of worshiping Soorya (Sun) to defeat the Ravana.

By Chanting of Aditya Hridaya Stotra, Rama killed Ravana and achieved Victory. Adithya Hridaya Parayana is performed for the blessings of the Sun through chanting the Adithya Hridaya Stotra mantra.

The Stotra mantra praises Lord Sun who is supporting the entire solar system and our life. It helps to gain confidence to conquer our problems. You can achieve Victory in your life. You will get power (Thejas) and it Provides happiness and welfare for our family.
