Cancellations and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations can be made 3 days or more before the Pooja event the refund policy applicable in such a case. If any multiple payments for a single homa/Pooja we refund the full amount.
  • If you cancel a homa/Pooja before three days we will pay you 95% only of the total amount of the service. We Charge 5% as a service charge.
  •  Two days before we will pay you 90% only, balance 10% we charge for our service.
  •  One day before we will pay you 80% only, balance 20% we charge for our service.
  • You can prepone or postpone all homas and poojas before three days we charge 5% extra.
  • You can prepone or postpone all homas and poojas before two days we charge 10% extra.
  • You can prepone or postpone all homas and poojas before one day we charge 20% extra.
  • If prepone, postpone and cancellations done by our side, our purohits not attended the homa/Pooja, some software mistakes, and due to some mailing issues we pay 100% cashback within 7 working days.
  • Notice of pre-pone or postpone and cancellation must be made via email to homasonline@gmail.com.  A cancellation acknowledgment will be sent within 2 working days and fees refunded within 7 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.
